차량진단 OBD2 스캐너 ELM327 + 토크프로(Torque pro) 설정 사용법. 문제해결 관심 2015. 6. 19. 9:19 먼저 OBD2란?OBD는 On Board Diagnostics 의 약자로 차량의 문제가 발생하거나 차량의 감시, 고장 진단 등 운전자에게 점검을 받게 하는 장치.94년부터 북미에서 시작되서어 96년부터 모든 차량에 반드시 시행되어야 하는법규사항이 되었음.자동차 메이커별로 상이한 ECU와 스캐너간 통신방법을 일치해서 정비성 개선(요렇게 생겨야 OBD2)OBD2(OBDII)는 16핀 단자로 규격화 되어 있으며 스티어링휠에서 60cm 내에 위치 한다고 합니다. 국내에선 OBD2 는 2005년부터 의무화 했으며 그 이후 차량이라면 OBD2 스캐너를 사용가능합니다!(2OBD1 의 경우 위 사진처럼 제조사 별로 다 틀릴 수 있습니다!OBD2로 어떤것을 확인 할 수 있을까?차량 오류코드 진단, 주행시간, 거리, 주행모니터링, 연비, 유류소모량,냉각수온도,미션온도,흡기온도 등등등.. 많은 차량 상태를 진단 할 수 있으며 제조사별로 조금식 차이가 있습니다.내차에 적용이 될까!? 위에서 설명 되어 있듯이 기본적으로 OBD2 단자가 있어야합니다.개인적인 경험상 OBD2 단자가 있더라도 08년식 이전의 차량은 작동이 월활하지 않는경우가 많습니다.그럼 08년식 이전의 차량이라면!? 직접 달아보는 수 밖에 없습니다 ㅜ그전에 동호회나 카페 정비소 등이 본인의 차량에 적용이 되는지 알아보는것도 하나의 방법!설치 방법!첫번째.설치전 준비물( ELM327 + 기기 + 어플 + 차량)OBD2 스캐너 ELM327을 미리 준비 합니다.어떤 OBD스캐너를 고를까?먼저 Bluetooth or WIFI본인이 아이폰또는 애플기기만 있다. 하시면 WIFI 구입.(wifi 버전이 bluetooth ELM327보다 만원가량 비싸다는점.)나머지는 Bluetooth 구입을 하시면 됨니다.시중에 많은 OBD2 스캐너가 있지만 만원대 제품을 구입해서 사용해도 큰 문제가 없으며특정 차량에는 몇가지 제품만 지원이 되는 경우가 있으니 본인의 차량에 호환이 잘 안될것같다. 혹은 좀더 안정적인 모델을 사고싶다. 하시면 2~4만원대 제품을 구입하셔도 됨니다.(vgate 제품)그다음블루투스 연결이 가능한 기기를 준비한다.스마트폰,테블릿,노트북 다 상관 없습니다.다음어플리케이션 또는 프로그램 준비.가장 추천하는 어플리케이션은 Torque pro, 그외 다른 어플을 사용하셔두 상관없지만 토크프로 위주로 설명 해 드릴게요.안드로이드 마켓에서 구매 가능하며, 구글링을통해서 받으셔두.. (아이폰용어플은 Dashcommand 또는 Accrate 추천)두번째.진짜 설치방법. 1.ELM327 OBD2 스캐너를 OBD2단자에 연결한다.(전원버튼이 있으면 전원을 눌러셔 켠다)2.기기에서 블루투스(혹은 wifi)연결을 한다.(비밀번호가 있는경우 1234)3.토크프로를 실행한다.(처음 실행시 차량 프로파일 설정을 해야함. 메인화면에서 메뉴 > 차량프로파일 > 새로운 프로파일 만들기 > 제원 입력 > 저장 펄티보기)(제원입력시 정확하지 않아도 되니까 아는것만 입력해 주세요 ㅎ)4.연결확인메인화면에서 Adapter status 누르면 연결상태를 확인 가능합니다.5.연결후 원하는 메뉴 셋팅 연결이 완료 되었으면 메인화면에서 Realtime information(계기판모양) 을 누르면 기본설정된 계기판이 몇개 보이며 메뉴버튼 > 디스플레이추가 >디스플레이타입 선택 후 초록색으로 표시된 지원가능한 정보를 추가해서 커스텀 셋팅을 하실 수 있습니다 ^^추가각종 문제 해결방법.문제가 생길만한 변수는1.차량의 지원이나 호환이 안됨.2.기기와 ELM327과의 블루투스 호환 문제3.어플과 OBD2스캐너의 호환 문제4.obd2 스캐너의 고장등.. 위의 문제가 있을경우 해결이 될 수도 있고 안될수도 있지만 해봐야할 사항은증상해결 단계1.차량 시동 껏다 켬2.OBD2 스캐너 제거후 연결(ON/Off버튼 있을시 껏다켬)3.Torque pro 강제 종료 후 다시시작 (종료를 눌러도 백그라운드로 실행시 강제 종료 후 다시시작)4.Torque pro 구버전 설치.(특정차량이나 특정 ELM327모델과 신형 Torque pro 버전과의 호환이 안되는경우가 많은. 구버전을 받은후 설치 추천)5.Torque pro 설정 변경.(메뉴 > 설정 > OBD2어댑터 설정 > 연결타입 wifi,블루투스 선택되어 있는지 확인, 블루투스장비정지(연결할 수 있는 동기화된 장치선택)에서 장비 선택 되어 있는지 확인)6.다른 기기, 다른어플, 다른차량, 다른 OBD2스캐너 연결 해봄으로 불량 체크.보통은 1~5번까지 해주면 50% 정도는 해결 될듯 합니다.그래도 안되면 6번도 해봄으로서 어디와 문제가 되는지 확인을 해보시는 수 밖에 ㅜ
