Task โดย Zap นั้นจะดึงข้อมูลที่มีอยู่แล้วมาใช้ เช่น เราดึงรายชื่อเดิมที่มีอยู่ในระบบ CRM มาสร้างเป็น Row ใน Spreadsheetปัจจุบันสามารถสร้าง Example Task ขึ้นเพื่อทดสอบ Flow ได้ด้วย แต่จะดึงมาแค่ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเทสต์เท่านั้นAutomate.io จะมีข้อดีที่ทุกครั้งที่เราสร้าง Bot เสร็จแล้วต้องการทดสอบ มันจะขึ้นหน้ามาให้เราไปลองทำเอง ยกตัวอย่างเดิม คือการที่เราเพิ่มรายชื่อใหม่เข้าไปในระบบ CRM เพื่อให้มันดึงออกมาสร้าง Row ในจุดนี้คิดว่าเขาวาง UX มาให้ใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องมากกว่า Zapier เล็กน้อย พอเราเพิ่มรายชื่อปุ๊บ ขึ้นมา โดยเขาจะให้เราเลือกว่าอยากใช้ Sample ไหม แล้วจะ สร้างข้อมูลคร่าว ๆ มาให้ (ตาม Trigger บางตัวก็ไม่สร้างให้) ถ้าอยากแก้ไข Sample นี้ก็คลิกแล้วพิมพ์แก้ได้เลย ถ้าคิดว่ากรอกมั่ว ๆ ไป อันนี้ไวก็จริง แต่เราอาจจะไม่เห็นข้อผิดพลาดว่าเราตั้งค่า Action นั้นได้ถูกต้องหรือเปล่า Input ไปออกที่ Output ได้ถูกต้องหรือไม่ส่วนข้อเสียคือ ทุกการ Test นับเป็น 1 Action เสมอ แต่ยังไงก็ตาม ปกติเราจะเทสต์หลังจากสร้างเสร็จแค่ไม่กี่ครั้งแล้ว อาจจะไม่แตกต่างกันมากเท่าไรในจุดนี้ โดยรวมส่วนตัวในเรื่องนี้ชอบ Automate.io มากกว่าสรุป คือ Zapier ดึงข้อมูลเก่ามาใช้ หรือให้ Zapier Generate Example
