I have 32gb of ram with an i7 4790K CPU.I do have 4 extensions and have turned them all off and tried again but the same thing happens. I only have 3 tabs open and before I have never have had any issues with more tabs open.I hope someone can shed some light on this? moistuser last edited by Have you tried fluctuating the GX Control, I too am getting out of memory issues.. Win 7 here with 4g mem. Initially got opera and it ran fine, no problems but with updates it opens 15 operas when i had 1-2 tabs open. have to ctrl,alt,del and shutdown the process. Out of memory page pops up, the windows memory window says low. And when i open task manager, must have 20 tasks of Opera running. Its crap. In fact until I read this post I'd forgotten about it.Between then and now I did a sytem reset, because my computer was running slow anyway. I'm not sure if that cured it, but I haven't had problems since, but there've been a lot of updates since then. I don't think the amount of Ram has a lot to do with the problem, one of the frustrations with this machine is it has more memory, faster processor than my work desktop and that performs better and never had the out of memory error.
