Threshold. When a client starts an authentication attempt, the SSH Server gives the client a temporary, lightweight penalty. This counts toward the Total threshold setting, and is reset if the client authenticates successfully. But if the client makes hundreds of simultaneous connections, the Total threshold can be exceeded before any authentication attempt succeeds.Screenshot.If the client is using password authentication, you may also need to relax Advanced settings > Connections > Penalty login attempt delay. Screenshot. If the aggressive client can use public key authentication, this is a much better choice. If not, then in order to allow the aggressive client to reliably connect, you must sacrifice protection against brute force password guessing. This is done by reducing the Penalty login attempt delay to either 1 second or 0 seconds. If you reduce the Penalty login attempt delay to 0 seconds, protection against brute force password guessing will be completely disabled. In this case, you must ensure that all accounts which can conceivably log in using password authentication can only use secure, long, randomly generated passwords. To achieve 128-bit security, all passwords must consist of 22 random characters from the alphabet A-Z, a-z and 0-9. Adding special characters can create interoperability issues, and only reduces the needed password length to e.g. 20 instead of 22 characters.Q580. While testing in a domain environment, I find that when using the gssapi-with-mic authentication method, the SSH Client allows me to log into the SSH Server with no password. When an exception occurs on the client-side, the stacktrace is often all over the place and therefore mostly useless. For example:[16:35:26][Error][C#] Exception in timer at lacnr-cs-client G:\ALTV DEV\server-resources\cnr-cs-server\CopsAndRobbers.Client\Features\Peds\Base\WeaponizedPed.cs:32: AltV.Net.Elements.Entities.EntityRemovedException: Entity(Type=Ped, id=246) got removed. at AltV.Net.Client.Elements.Entities.Entity.CheckIfEntityExists() at AltV.Net.Client.Elements.Entities.Entity.GetStreamSyncedMetaData[T](String key, T& result) at CopsAndRobbers.Client.Features.Peds.Base.DynamicPed.get_TargetEntityType() at CopsAndRobbers.Client.Features.Peds.Base.DynamicPed.GetTargetScriptId() in G:\ALTV DEV\server-resources\cnr-cs-server\CopsAndRobbers.Client\Modules\Minigames\CircuitBreaker\CbGenericPorts.cs:line 193 at CopsAndRobbers.Client.Features.Peds.Base.WeaponizedPed.AttackTarget() at CopsAndRobbers.Client.Features.Peds.Base.WeaponizedPed.On500Ms() at AltV.Net.Client.Elements.Entities.ModuleTimer.Update(Int64 curTime, String resourceName)Now, regardless of the exception itself (I was messing around with stuff), note how it tells me it's coming from CbGenericPorts.cs:line 193. But that file has nothing to do with this entire class. It's not even being used anywhere (I never instantiate it as I don't use that file yet). So how come this thing pops up out of nowhere?Additionally, I was working on a custom logger and wanted to use [CallerLineNumber] attribute. Which works, but again is showing up on the wrong lines (randomly). For example:[12:52:57][C#] [Information] [PedTrafficInterval.OnInterval:29] | vehicle count: {Count}[12:52:57][C#] [Information] [PedTrafficInterval.OnInterval:114] | nodes: []Now, the first one is completely wrong. It mentions that the log originates from line 29. However, line 29 is this: { while(!_cts.IsCancellationRequested) {"> private Task RunInterval() { // return Task.Run(async () => { while(!_cts.IsCancellationRequested) {The real location of the log is actually on line 61: _logger.Information("vehicle count: {Count}", args: vehiclePositions.Count); The second log (nodes: []) actually does show up on the correct line number though. So line 114 is actually where the line in the code is located as well. So it does work, but not all the time?Imho this is a pretty breaking issue and high priority because:We can't use debuggers client-side (so no breakpoints etc)Without debuggers, one has to rely on exceptions, stacktraces and log linesBut stacktraces and log lines are also inconsistent and unreliable, so how can we properly find and debug client-side issues?

Are you looking for an easy way to remotely connect to your PC or Mac using an iPad?There are several applications and services that enable you to do this, however if you’re looking to simply use remote desktop while away with your iPad, LogMeIn is probably the best choice out there.Accounts are free and you can access your computers with their iOS App LogMeIn Ignition which works on the iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhones. In this guide I will show you how to use remote desktop on your iPad to remotely connect to your PC or Mac.Software/Hardware used: iPad 2 running Ignition and a Mac which I used for Remote Desktop.Sign-up for LogMeIn & Download for Your ComputerBefore you begin, you will need to create a free LogMeIn account.Once you’ve signed up for the service you will need to add the computer you wish to remotely access to LogMeIn. You can do this by installing the LogMeIn client and adding the computer to your account.1. When you log-in to your LogMeIn account click the Add Computer button.Note: Make sure you follow these instructions on the computer you wish to remotely connect to.2. Slect LogMeIn Free from the list and click Continue.Note: The 14-day trial is for advanced features not the remote connection feature which is totally free.3. Download the LogMeIn Client installer and run the installer.Follow the instructions in the installer until you have completed the installation. Once the installation is complete your computer will be accessible via LogMeIn.Connect to the Computer Remotely with Your iPadHead over to your iPad and download and install LogMeIn Ignition from the App Store. Trust me, this is the best thirty bucks you will spend.Once downloaded and installed, launch the App on your iPad.1. Enter your Log Me In credentials and tap the Log Me In button.Note: Unless your iPad is password protected I would encourage you not to enable Remember login.2. Tap the Remote icon for the computer you wish to control remotely.3. Enter the User Name and Password for the computer you are trying to connect to.Note: This is not the same as your Log Me In credentials, this is specific to the computer you are trying to connect to.As in Step 1, I recommend that you turn OFF Remember login unless your iPad is password protected. You should now have full control to the computer you are connected via Log Me In.If you
