Iphoto updater

To blackersTT This seems to fix my problem too. The new iPhoto application is in Downloads -> Update -> iLife. I deleted the old one in the Applications folder first and then moved the new one into it. I upgraded to iphoto 11 version 9.5 but can not open photos. the upgrader stalled out and would not finish I tried the Upgraded 1.1 and that did not work. the upgrader said my photos did not need upgrading. the IPhoto 9.5 still will not upgrade my photos and I cannot use IPhoto. I too have run the iphoto picture updater to converter but that says I already have converted my images.Need help. Hello,I am having difficulties upgrading to iPhoto 9.5 (902.7) it says it has installed the update but in the about tab it quotes 9.4.3 (720.91) I am running OSX 10.9. In the App Store it shows that I have upgraded to iPhoto 9.5 earlier today. Oct 25, 2013 3:35 PM in response to Old Toad Good news all fixed :-)The iPhoto team at Apple had been watching this discussion, contacted me direct and talked me through a resolution.I deleted the old version, used Spotlight to locate the new app, which it turned out was sitting in the another folder in the mac, loaded it and moved it to the Applications folder.
