Ok, I've been browsing on many different forums about this problem. About 1 minute after I load uTorrent, my mouse will begin to lag and every process on my computer will begin to drastically slow down to a point where I can barely use my computer.. If I close uTorrent the problem goes away. My cpu usage is constantly spiking to 100%. I've tried deleting uTorrent + %AppData% directory, I've tried uninstalling all anti virus software as well as Malwarebytes, I've tried downgrading to an older version of uTorrent. Nothing seems to work. All of my info is below. Please let me know if anyone has had a similar issues with a fix.
