XnView Minimal Portable for Windows - CNET Download

A pocket-sized version of XnViewXnView Portable is, put simply, a file explorer that has been especially adapted for image files and developed to be run from a USB key.XnView Portable features the same design and tools as older brother XnView, which makes it a really convenient photo editor that can be carried with you anywhere. It has support for a few hundred graphic formats as well as other media files, such as AVI and MP3.The interface in XnView Portable is divided into two sections: the left pane shows the folder structure, while the right one is where the contents of the selected folder are displayed. A double click on any image is enough to open it in full screen and work on it with the program's own tools. XnView Portable is obviously no Photoshop, but you'll be able to do some cropping and resizing, adjust brightness, correct red eyes and other basic editing and retouching tasks. If XnView is your favorite image viewer, you can now take it anywhere with you thanks to XnView Portable.PROSA great photo viewer you can carry aroundSupport for hundreds of formatsProgram available in other languagesUnduh XnView Portable [ID]ダウンロードXnView Portable [JA]XnView Portable 다운로드 [KO]Pobierz XnView Portable [PL]Scarica XnView Portable [IT]Ladda ner XnView Portable [SV]Скачать XnView Portable [RU]Descargar XnView Portable [ES]تنزيل XnView Portable [AR]Download do XnView Portable [PT]XnView Portable indir [TR]ดาวน์โหลด XnView Portable [TH]XnView Portable herunterladen [DE]下载XnView Portable [ZH]Tải xuống XnView Portable [VI]Télécharger XnView Portable [FR]Alternatives to XnView PortableExplore MoreLatest articlesLaws concerning the use of this software vary from country to country. Got to the homepage, click download, click on your OS, then on that page you'll see links to the different files (including the SDK). DOWNLOAD PAGE I had the same problem when I emailed the developer of PNGout about making an extension for Xnview, he couldn't find the SDK either. It'd make much more sense to have the page where you choose the program or file you want to download come before the page where you choose your OS. As it stands now, it makes it look like the only file available for download is Xnview itself, and people looking for the SDK or other files don't bother clicking on a link that they think only leads to the download of the program itself. azsd Posts: 22 Joined: Tue May 31, 2005 5:54 pm Location: Forest Contact: Post by azsd » Wed Jun 01, 2005 3:52 am thx Drahken sorry I found that link now,in the "AddOns for Standard/Minimal version" section above the "Complete version" links.I have. Note: The following information is a little bit technical and not intended for novice Windows users.XnView does not need any installation since all the settings are stored in the xnview.ini and bookmark.ini, located in the program directory of XnView. Mainly, the installation (setup) is for convenience reasons and allows easy installation and deinstallation. This means that you just need to know which XnView files you need and make them available on a drive (local drive, CD rom, network drive, or even a memory stick), further installation is not needed. The minimal version, which is available on the XnView download page almost contains the minimum of files and is about 900 KB in size, only. So I recommend to download the ZIP archive and unpack it to a directory. Then you can copy or move the files to the drive you need (memory stick, digital camera, ...) If the minimal version is still to large, you can remove its language dlls and the skins, actually the two files xnview.exe and xnview.exe.manifest are the only two files needed to run XnView. Sure enough, you can also add specific language files and make your tailored version of XnView. When starting, XnView will automatically use the available files, given that these are located in the correct directories (language, plugins, help, ...).Please note, that you must not distribute your tailored XnView version (put on a download page or give to a large number of people), since this might make support very hard for us, also the licence agreements might be missing.Wish you nice holidays!

Hi!I would like to use nconvert to convert pdf to png using portable Ghostscript from ... t_portableI put nconvert.exe inside "bin" folder of portable Ghostscript which contains gsdll32.dll, gsdll64.dll, gswin32.exe, gswin32c.exe, gswin64.exe and gswin64c.exeI run "nconvert -out png a.pdf" and I get:my_error_exit...Error: Don't know how to read this picture (a.pdf)So, nconvert doesn't recognise portable Ghostscript. Is there anything I can do to fix this like some variable or temporary registry key to set or is portable Ghostscript too specific for portableapps.com apps? They are under System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables, you have to create them if they aren't listed. Setting this should allow XnView to remain compatible with PDF-XChange, which is installed with dozens of applications. Post by chris38 » Mon Feb 22, 2016 5:15 pm Thanks XnTriq,For the community, I reproduce a response of Pierre that could enhance the response.I must work totally with portable application. So I think this solution (sent by Pierre) could be better (no environment variable)[Pierre]You must place a directory "Plugins\gs" with GS "bin" and "lib"So XnView/NConvert will recognise it.I'm going to try the solution and will be back for the result. chris38 Posts: 10 Joined: Mon Feb 17, 2014 1:12 pm Re: Nconvert with portable Ghostscript? Post by chris38 » Mon Feb 22, 2016 10:00 pm So it works fine !You must unzip GhostScript Portable (GhostscriptPortable_9.18.paf.exe for me) in the directory ...xnview\plugins\gs (so it exists ...xnview\plugins\gs\bin, ...xnview\plugins\gs\lib ...)And nconvert.exe MUST be in ...xnview\ directory (so don't move it)The process seems to be quite long.
