This doesn't happen all of the time, but I am finding a few documents that I can open in Sharepoint online and then I can open in Adobe document cloud, but when I click to Open in Desktop App, I just get unending loading swirl. I can download just fine, but since we have multiple users making edits to the same pdf documents, downloading is not a solution. When we can view on desktop version, not only is there more functionality, but Sharepoint will "check out" the document so no other users can edit at the same time. Any suggestions?
